As a Holistic Nutritionist my goal is to guide and empower you to find your natural balance and to better understand how food affects your body, health and well-being. As we grow, age and change, the needs of our bodies change as well. We want to help you find your blissful balance at any age or life stage. And of course, we want you to love your beautiful body!

It’s important to remember that our bodies are biochemically and genetically different, so what works for one person might not work for another. Even more, our bodies are always changing – it is constantly striving for balance. However, the problem is that many things in environment, certain foods and lifestyle habits, stress, allergies and more can act as obstacles in its way to achieve balance. We want to help you discover what works for you and your balance by increasing your knowledge and empowering you on your journey to optimum health.

Holistic Nutrition

What is Holistic Nutrition? Everything in our body is connected – what we eat has an impact that goes far beyond weight, affecting our skin, mood, energy levels, sleep, digestive concerns and more. Our body is also connected to and influenced by our environment and the world around us. 

Holistic nutrition recognizes this connectedness and focuses on the root causes of imbalances, rather than putting Band-Aids on symptoms. It also focuses on improving digestion to ensure nutrients are absorbed and waste is eliminated. Holistic nutrition strives to optimize health, both physically and mentally, through diet and lifestyle.  It takes into consideration the whole person, while acknowledging that each person has different needs.


Daily Practice

In the journey of discovering your natural balance, it’s important to recognize that there’s no magic pill, fad diet, or particular food that is the answer. Instead, this path to health is about all the little steps you take every day. The decisions we make, the food we eat, how we move and even the state of our mind shape us on a daily basis.
